- After cutting the cheese, place the lumpia wrapper on the kitchen counter and put two sticks together horizontally.
- Remember to place the sticks at the end of the lumpia wrapper. Roll the wrapper once and fold it from the side, so they don’t fall out. After folding the sides, roll the lumpia wrapper again to the other end and seal it with water or by using egg white.
- Don’t forget to add the remaining water and salt to the eggs and mix them well. This will be used for coating.
- The last and most important part, dip the cheese sticks first in the egg then in the bread crumbs, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes at low heat till they become golden brown.
