What makes Pork Bola-Bola Siopao so Yummy?
Every recipe made with fresh ingredients is always unblemished in its flavor, just like Bola Bola siopao. Whenever I eat this tender entire dish, one question comes to my mind: what is it in this Amber restaurant recipe that makes it so delicious that I can eat it every day? Then, after researching, I found out that the authentic taste secret is hidden in its fresh ingredients like:
Pork meatball:
Ground pork with additional spices is so mouth-watering. The pork meatballs provide real tenderness to this dish.
Veggies:
The small pieces of fresh vegetables, cabbage, and onion in the sauce provide a melt-in-your-mouth flavor, and veggies are the reason for the nutrition and fiber!
Flour bun:
Fluffy flour steamed buns that are shiny on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside provide double flavor with the pork filling.
Spices:
Bola siopao is incomplete without spices. In the juicy filling dish, minced garlic, oregano, chili flakes, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and spices combine to make this dish hot and seasoned.
Customization:
It is impossible to go to a restaurant and return after eating only one Filipino dish! Therefore, the menu offers many customization options to enjoy pork bola more with cold and fizzy drinks. My go-to is orange juice, but you can make your mealtime with friends at the restaurant even more exciting with tetra drinks and soda on the menu!
