  2. Now put this pan on the stove and let it boil on low flame for about 50 minutes. Even the pig face and all the spices leave their juices.
  3. After 50 minutes, please remove it from the stove, strain it well with a sieve, and discard the liquid.
  4. Grind the pork well over charcoal for about seven to ten minutes on each side until it’s broken into small pieces and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove the meat from the stove, let it cool, and chop it in a chopper.
  6. In a vegetable bowl, chop all the vegetables, such as onions, chilies, lime juice, and liquid seasoning, and mix well.
  7. Add the fried chicken liver and heart into small pieces, sprinkle black pepper and salt, and double the test.
